choose between our most popular ‘il lab,’ our three Italian classics, or create your own cake by choosing from a variety of flavors. all cakes can be personalized with a note - always written in dark chocolate. we try to keep our IL LAB and IL CAFFE in stock, in the small size, but we do run out. so, generally, cake orders SHOULD BE PLACED 3 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR to the requested pick-up time. if it can be ready sooner, we will email you.
ALL of our cakes are made in NYC, and, while we do offer complimentary shuttle to our Montclair or Hoboken, NJ locations, we generally need a week’s notice to ensure delivery of a cake to NJ. at times, those locations keep some of our pre-made ones on hand. reach out directly to them to inquire. orders@icecreamlabnj.com
