1. 'il sorbetto'....layers of vanilla with alternate layers of three different seasonal sorbets, covered in vanilla. (not dairy free)

2. 'la noce'...layers of hazelnut, vanilla, and pistachio - and a layer of hazelnuts. covered in dark chocolate.

3. 'il caffe'...layers of espresso, vanilla, chocolate pieces, and mocha covered in espresso.

we box our cakes in standard cardboard. under normal conditions, your cake will stay completely frozen for 20 to 30 minutes. we do offer an ice-pack option for $4 which can extend this to 45 to 60 minutes. email us for this option and we will email you an invoice. for longer treks, dry ice is the only option, which we very rarely can provide. it can be sourced at 503 west 45th street from ‘united dry ice’.
